BOOKING FEES

Booking fees are non-refundable unless class is rescheduled within 14 days. After 14 days the fee per student will be refunded and the booking fee will be forfeited.

CONSULTING FEES

Consulting fees are charged in advance (paid ahead).

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Prices quoted in proposals are valid for 30 days.

• All in-person training classes incur a non-refundable booking fee that covers the reservation, class materials, fuel, and other incidentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For training class cancellations, the booking fee is non-refundable unless class is rescheduled within 14 days.

• Consulting fee refunds will be prorated. They will be calculated and refunded in one calendar month increments for cancellations prior to the end of the contractual term. Partial months will not be refunded.

• Site survey cancellations will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the quoted fee unless rescheduled within 14 days.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the training you receive, we offer you two options:

1. Full Refund: Request a full refund within 30 days of completing the training—no questions asked.

2. Redelivery of Services: Prefer to give us another chance? We will re-deliver the training at no additional cost, ensuring that the content and delivery meet your expectations.

You may request a redelivery of service or a refund by contacting us within 30 days of the service date and our team will promptly respond to address your concerns.
